Amazing Science!

We TOTALLY enjoyed our Science theme last term.  Over the holidays, Mrs S put together all our 'bits and pieces' to make our Room 10 Science Fair project.  Please come in to the class and see it if you get the chance.  Here is a photo:

Well done, Room 10 scientists!  You were incredible thinkers and came up with some great questions to solve.  Special thanks to Ben and Joel T and their amazing mum for the idea which got us started.

Word of the Week

We have made a new spelling show in our classroom for people who have learnt all the Essential List spelling words.  Each week we have a new, different word to learn.  We have to write what it means and use it in a sentence.  This week it was Martha and Lily's turn to be videoed.  Here it is!

Those toys aren't just any random toys - they are ambassadors for  schools!  Spike the kiwi is the ambassador for Cornerstone Christian School.  Mr Key, the Prime Minister of New Zealand, is holding him.
